All booking deposits are non-refundable. Deposit payments are valid for 12 months from the date of your skydive.

All gift vouchers are non-refundable. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Your jump date must be within the 12 month period. It is possible to extend the voucher for a period of 3 months for a fee of £50. Vouchers can only be extended once and this must be done prior to the original expiry date.

Jumpschool is unable to authorise refunds on any money paid on arrival at the skydive centre. Refund enquiries must be made directly with the skydive centre.

Jumpschool  have no involvement with any fund raising you may choose to arrange in connection with your skydive. All responsibility for raising and collecting charity money rests with the person jumping.

Jumpschool will endeavour to book your skydive at the nearest centre and closest date requested. However, skydiving is very popular, especially during summer months. It may be necessary to offer you an alternative centre or jump date.

Due to the nature of the sport it may be necessary to postpone your skydive due to unsuitable weather conditions or reasons beyond the control of Jumpschool. In the event of such a cancellation it is the responsibility of the person jumping to return to the same centre on an alternative date.

Skydiving and parachuting is an activity sport and, as such, a degree of physical fitness is required for some of our courses. All customers must therefore comply with the following age, weight, height and health regulations.

The minimum age to do any type of Skydive in the UK is 16. Under 18’s must have the relevant consent form signed by a parent or guardian.

The maximum age limit for solo courses is 50.

The usual maximum weight limit for all courses is 15 stone for men, 13 stone for women, however a few centres are able to take above this weight so please contact us & we can advise you all possible options.

There are certain medical conditions which may prevent you from skydiving. Amongst the medical restrictions for all types of skydiving are, epilepsy, fits, severe head injury, recurrent blackouts or giddiness, disease of the brain or nervous system, high blood pressure, heart or lung disease, recurrent weakness or dislocation of any limb, diabetes, mental illness, drug or alcohol addiction.   Some applicants may still be fit to make a Tandem skydive.

In placing a booking it will be deemed that you have read and understand the medical restrictions.

You will be required to complete and sign a ‘Declaration of Fitness to parachute’ before training commences, this will be provided when we confirm your booking. Our restrictions are a guide only and an up to date copy of the declarations can be downloaded below.

F115 – Student Tandem Declaration of Fitness – For all Tandem students.

F114a – Solo Student Declaration of Fitness – For AFF and Static line courses.

F114 – Declaration of Fitness to Parachute – For Experienced Skydivers only.

All customers are weighed on arrival. Providing false or inaccurate information in advance may result in your exclusion from the course.
For AFF and Static line courses, all students must be within their Body Mass Index (BMI). Participating in parachuting and skydiving courses above the weights and heights specified significantly increases your risk of injury on landing.  If you have a medical condition or injury at any age, you must inform us and may be required to get a medical form signed in advance. If you are in any doubt as to your physical ability to take part in the skydive then you must consult your doctor.

Failure to produce the relevant paperwork on arrival at the centre will result in the postponement or cancellation of your skydive.

Participating in a course with Jumpschool is an agreement taken voluntarily and entirely at your own risk. You will need to agree that neither Jumpschool nor its staff will be held liable in the event of any loss, injury or damage caused to any property or suffered by me, or any other person, in connection with or as a result of parachuting or any activities carried on by, or facilities provided by Jumpschool. You will be asked to sign a centre membership form where you fully accept the risks and dangers inherent in the activity of parachuting, and in particular the increased dangers of failing to adhere to the methods and regulations as advised and notified to you. Failure to sign this document will mean you will not be able to jump. If you are aged 16 or 17, this form will need to be signed by a parent of guardian.

Customers taking skydiving courses at any Drop zone both in the UK or Abroad will have to comply with their specific Terms & Conditions.
